Open RMA packages and perform physical and visual inspection.</p> <p>2. Keeping track of return record and follow up on related process with vendors.</p> <p>3. Communicate with vendors for updates and solutions on new and pending issues.</p> <p>4. Review and process RMA request to vendor.</p> <p>5. Handling shipping process for RTV packages.</p> <p>6. Organize and maintain cleanliness at receiving dock and warehouse.</p> <p>7. Assist in parts transferring in between departments and buildings.</p> <p>8. Detail oriented and good time management.</p> <p>3. Independent person and also a strong team player.</p> <p>4. Customer relations or WH management experience is preferred.</p> <p>5. Microsoft Office knowledge</p> <p>6. Fluent in English is preferred.</p></div></div></div>
