Understand SMT/DIP process technology and possess the ability to set up thermal profiling.</p> <p>2. Prepare for new product trial production, with knowledge and capability in: steel plates, fixtures, carriers, standard operating procedures (SOP) parameters for each station, DFM knowledge, and review ability.</p> <p>3. Analyze production issues and improve quality, handle customer complaints with 8D reports, defect analysis, and provide effective solutions.</p> <p>4. Improve production quality and efficiency while reducing production costs.</p> <p>5. Establish production process flow and optimize production processes.</p> <p>6. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices is a plus</p> <p>4.
