And co-work with RD and PM get relative data.</li> <li>Co-work other team finish NPI production. And tracking and record other member status.</li> <li>Check production status before start production</li> <li>Check production schedule with other units.</li> <li>Join a customer meeting.</li> <li>Co-work with RD and customer execution production defective PCBA boards repair and come out report.</li> <li>Transfer and training factory relative MFG document.</li> <li>Perform failure analysis of defective boards and co-work with RD and customer for critical NG symptoms.</li> <li>Come out failure analysis report, repairing document.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with over 3 years of working experience on PCBA repair, PC/Server assembly and failure analysis</li> <li>Language Skills: English, Mandarin</li> <li>Good knowledge of computer/server operation and electronic components/devices</li> <li>Good knowledge of basic electronics circuit fundamentals</li> <li>Good soldering and desoldering skill, familiar to BGA rework will be better.</li> <li>Good knowledge of computer/server testing and inspection</li> <li>Good operation software skills in Windows and Linux</li> <li>Demonstrated skill in the electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Capable on teamwork and self-motivated hard work with a positive attitude</li> </ol></div></div></div>
