<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Req ID: 28098</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Work closely with Hardware/Firmware/Software Product Manager (HW/FW/SW-PM), Technical Program Manager (TPM) and technical experts to research, review, define, manage and track the specs and requirements of system management features for Data Center Building Block Solution (DCBBS) products to enable new technologies and meet customer requirements.</li> <li>Develop and manage the technical product feature details and documents of HW-FW-SW integration to ensure product's quality, consistency, and accuracy.</li> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional development and validation teams, external vendors and 3rd-party partners to resolve and close technical issues of system management features in a timely manner.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional development and operation teams to integrate, improve and optimize software license ordering process to support customers, sales, and service team for system/rack management software tools & features and SFT license SKUs.</li> <li>Review and propose improvement plans for products, solutions and processes.</li> <li>Develop training materials and conduct training for internal teams and external customers as required.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent practical experience</li> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience in system management software solutions</li> <li>Familiar with x86, ARM architecture, BMC, and BIOS</li> <li>Experience in project lifecycle and schedule management</li> <li>Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor.</li> </ol></div></div></div>
