<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Req ID: 27982</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><strong>Conduct thermal validation for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled projects.</strong></li> <li><strong>Develop and optimize thermal solutions, including fans, heat sinks, cold plates.</strong></li> <li><strong>Perform thermal simulation with solid analytical skills and strong hand-on experience. </strong></li> <li><strong>Operate wind tunnel for PQ and impedance measurement.</strong></li> <li><strong>Manage CPU TTV and thermocouple installation for temperature verification.</strong></li> <li><strong>Work efficiently with Linux environments, including executing OS commands and installing stress tools. </strong></li> <li><strong style="font-size:12.0pt">Participate in new technology development and continuous improvement of thermal design methodologies. </strong></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><strong>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.</strong></li> <li><strong>Over 3 years of experience as a thermal engineer.</strong></li> <li><strong>Familiar with Flotherm & Creo. CFD analysis experience is required.</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. </strong></li> <li><strong>Good project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</strong></li> <li><strong>Clear logical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience with NVIDIA platform testing is a plus.</strong></li> </ol></div></div></div>
