<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Req ID: 27913</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Collaborate closely with Software Product Manager (SW-PM), Technical Program Manager (TPM) and other cross-functional teams to drive competitive and high-quality server systems management software & firmware solutions (BMC)</li> <li>Manage the technical details and documentation of BMC features and requirements to enable new technology and meet customer requirements</li> <li>Coordinate BMC feature delivery schedule to stakeholders including customers and internal teams</li> <li>Support engineering teams to resolve and close technical issues in a timely manner</li> <li>Perform integrated testing and verification on BMC features when it is required</li> <li>Develop high-quality product collateral including user guides, white papers, social media, video, presentations, etc.</li> <li>Develop training material for customers and internal training as required</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent practical experience</p> <p>2. Experience in managing technical requirements and design specifications</p> <p>3. Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English</p> <p>4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details</p> <p>5. Experience of working in a global team spread across time zones</p> <p>6. Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor</p> <p>7. Experience in technical support service to customers</p></div></div></div>
