To be Management for Power Supply parts CM and coordination.</p> <p>2. Manage and improve material master process.</p> <p>3. Strategically plan and execute orders to ensure timely fulfillment.</p> <p>4. Implement effective strategies for managing slow-moving inventory and minimizing excess stock.</p> <p>5. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline order processes and synchronize inventory management efforts.</p> <p>6. Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability development, and quality improvements.</p> <p>7. Control the manufacturing activities by grasping the progress status of issued orders and expediting the delayed orders.</p> <p>8. Propose related amendments on operation, raw material distribution, equipment arrangement, etc. to increase production or improve quality.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Five years+ relevant work experience in purchasing computer-related components is plus</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, supply chain or related management operations preferred.</li> <li>Experienced in Server used Power Supply product purchasing preferred.</li> <li>Experienced in MRP / ERP / SAP, advanced users of Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.</li> <li>Ability to maintain highest ethical and professional business conduct.</li> <li>Be Aggressive and Positive, Patience and Careful with High EQ.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with high sense of accuracy and responsibility.</li> </ol></div></div></div>
