This role oversees HR operations, policy governance, HR systems, employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, and compliance with local employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operational leader who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Lead and optimize HR operations and service delivery across EMEA, ensuring consistent, efficient, and employee‑centric processes.</p> <p>Oversee regional HR policies, procedures, and governance, ensuring alignment with global standards and local legal requirements.</p> <p>Own and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a seamless employee experience.</p> <p>Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, partnering with local HR and Legal to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.</p> <p>Ensure full compliance with employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries, monitoring regulatory changes and updating processes accordingly.</p> <p>Coordinate payroll operations with Finance and external vendors, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.</p> <p>Manage HR systems (HRIS/HRIT), ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and strong adoption of digital HR tools.</p> <p>Drive operational excellence through process improvements, metrics, reporting, and service‑level management.</p> <p>Serve as a regional escalation point and collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, IT, and EMEA HR teams on cross‑functional initiatives.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
