The ideal candidate would be able to understand the need of the customers and provide a well-thought-out solution to meet the customer's specifications and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include understanding the market trend for solution needs, serving as the escalation point for the global service team, managing roadmaps, and working with internal teams and customers.</span></span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px">Present training material to internal sales force as well as externally at customer sites. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px">Work with sales, FAE and product team to propose Edge Computing system to influence and win on RFI and RFP. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px">Drive technical issues to closure by engaging with other engineering teams to duplicate and debug. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px">Communicate with eco partners to align the solution offering and solve the issues. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px">Strong project management skills and work cross-functionally with product management and field teams. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px">Build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and other referral resources. <br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's (or above) degree preferably in Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences.</li> <li>5 years + experience in IT hardware industry solution is preferred. </li> <li>Understanding of Edge Computing market, requirements, and technologies. </li> <li>Knowledgeable with server system architecture, chassis, hardware and applications.</li> <li>Experience with x86 architecture in IT and Edge AI application is plus.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.</li> <li>Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, able to communicate with high level clients effectively.</li> <li>Willingness to travel within Europe as required.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>EEO Statement</b></H2> </div><div><p>Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
