The position will require skill sets to break down complex operations with a process oriented mindset, analyze and assist in the implementation of the plants strategic plan, provide project management support, employee training and development.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Manage installation, calibration, and qualification of new production and test equipment ensuring alignment with production requirements and internal quality standards.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Design, develop, and implement manufacturing equipment and tooling, including sourcing and coordination with external vendors, while adhering to ethical procurement practices.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Plan and execute equipment and tooling-related projects, providing support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation activities, ensuring all changes are documented and controlled.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and tooling issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions with thorough documentation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment-related documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance logs, and troubleshooting guides ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Analyze equipment performance data to continuously improve efficiency, reduce failure rates, and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through data-driven decisions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Facilities) to support operational goals and drive continuous process improvements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Work closely with vendors and suppliers for spare parts procurement, technical support, and equipment upgrades, ensuring all transactions comply with internal controls and ethical guidelines.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Operate and maintain general utility systems, including compressed air, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and other facility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and internal operational standards including those related to quality management systems and information security.</span></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black;font-size:10.0pt">Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer, or a related Engineering field.
