New Roman', serif">Oversee the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of facility infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, structural components, and building maintenance sans-serif"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or technology of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Familiarity with Malaysian safety regulations and compliance requirements.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.</span></span></span></span></li>
