The candidate should possess the knowledge of computer and/or electronic engineering, and able to perform the necessary duties including developing test scripts, testing, quality control on company products to meet company goal and objectives. The candidate is able to analyze the complex data and troubleshooting and fault isolation for failed PCBA boards. Good communication is required, and capable of working in fast pace environment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform functional testing of assembled server systems, including hardware diagnostics, firmware loading, and system validation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes for hardware, firmware, or configuration issues.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain and improve test stations, tools, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce false failures.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure testing processes are aligned with product requirements, safety standards, and ESD practices.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and coordinate pilot testing for new server models.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide training and technical support to test operators and technicians on procedures and equipment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Record and analyze test data to support continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
