The position will require skill sets to break down complex operations with a process oriented mindset, analyze and assist in the implementation of the plants strategic plan, provide project management support, employee training and development.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop, optimize, and standardize server assembly and production processes to enhance throughput, minimize defects, and reduce costs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support daily production operations by troubleshooting manufacturing issues, analyzing process data, and implementing effective corrective actions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure the smooth introduction of new products and process changes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead process validation, equipment qualification, and pilot production runs for new server models ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S to enhance production efficiency and maintain a safe workplace.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain and update comprehensive production documentation including work instructions, process flow charts, and training materials.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor key production metrics and generate detailed reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement and ensure data integrity.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide technical support and training to production operators and line leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development. </span></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
