We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.<br> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Review and abide by all company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. </li> <li>Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.</li> <li>Review test results and coverage based on product specifications.</li> <li>Develop and maintain test tool programs according to product specifications.</li> <li>Optimize and improve the reliability and stability of test programs.</li> <li>Familiarize with production processes to increase the automation ratio of production lines.</li> <li>Coordinate with the contract manufacturer to plan and manage production schedules.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ol> <li>Proficient in programming (e.g., Python, Shell script), with the ability to run and validate programs in both Linux/Windows/UEFI environments.</li> <li>Familiar with audit techniques and quality system requirements.</li> <li>Ability to perform process analysis and problem solving.</li> <li>Familiar with production processes and equipment operation.</li> <li>Ability to use test tools/methodologies.</li> <li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with over 3 ~ 5 years</li> <li>Basic understanding or experience with programming or scripting tools (e.g., C, C++, VB, VC, Python, AI deep learning frameworks, Linux scripts) is preferred, with additional technical capability considered value-added.</li> <li>Language capability in English is preferred, while Mandarin proficiency may be beneficial and viewed as an added advantage</li> </ol></div></div></div>
