You will be responsible in validating/troubleshooting the cutting-edge server systems and working with Product Manager to provide the best customer support. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in computer/server product as well as excellent documentation and communication skills -- ability to interface with cross-functional teams in professional manner.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):</strong></p> <p>• Work closely with Production, Service, Purchaser, Product Manager to validate and debug server systems.</p> <p>• Identify technical issues and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.</p> <p>• Proactively follow up the current backlogs for validation and escalate the road blockers as needed.</p> <p>• Continuously process and documentation improvement for efficiency and accuracy</p> <p>• Continuously learn and create technical documents for validating and troubleshooting newer GPU systems.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor&apos;s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred</p> <p>• 2+ years of working experience in computer systems and/or servers</p> <p>• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</p> <p>• Highly analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, a good team player</p> <p>• Familiar with Windows/Linux command-line interface (CLI)</p> <p>• Excellent knowledge of Server / Workstation products</p> <p>• Strong communication skill in both verbal and written</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Salary Range</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="display:none"> </span>$88,000 - $95,000</p> <p>The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
