<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Overview</H2> </div><div><p>Responsible for Handling an Engineering Team across Mechanical & Electromechanical which deals with multiple product portfolio in Distribution (Lateral Protection Products), Substation and Transmission Switching & Fusing Products (Medium/High Voltage).</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsible & Participate in Design & Development, Project Planning, Staffing, Team Management, Process Management, Procurement & Infrastructure Management, Stake Holders Communication & Reporting, Risk Management and Budget Management.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">A Day In The Life</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Lead and Manage the Projects as a hands-on Employee using Technical & Administrative Skills to Oversee & Complete Engineering Projects.</li> <li>Foster collaboration across different engineering disciplines creates a positive, productive work environment.</li> <li>Develop, track and publish metrics.</li> <li>Meeting with the team, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth within the team.</li> <li>Prioritize tasks, monitor project progress, and address any issues that could hinder team productivity.</li> <li>Collaborate with Counterpart stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.</li> <li>Interact in a multi-disciplinary team environment to achieve the best possible product from all functional viewpoints.</li> <li>Ability to Communicate Technical & Design information to Stakeholders in Clear, Concise & Accurate Manner.</li> <li>Solve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices and technical methodologies</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to the US team.</li> <li>Foster transparent communication between offshore and onshore teams to bridge any geographical or cultural gaps.</li> <li>Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and costs are kept within allocated limits.</li> <li>Continually evaluate new technologies, look for technical advancements.</li> <li>Keep cognizant of emerging technologies and markets.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What will help you thrive in this role?</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s/Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or Equivalent.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum 12 to 15 years related Experiences in Medium/High Voltage Switchgear Products like Reclosers, Capacitor Switch, AIS Switchgear, LBS, Switching & Fusing Products.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Should have experience in New Design Product Development, Sustaining and product testing.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Knowledge in FEM Analysis.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Knowledge in Electrical Simulation – Electric Field, Electrical Stress</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Knowledge in Mechanical Simulation – Mold Flow, Electro-Thermal, Stress, Mechanical, Failure Analysis.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Should have experience in troubleshooting in MV/HV Products.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Must Demonstrate consistent and sustainable application of problem solving and analytical skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Should have experience/knowledge in type testing of MV/HV Switchgear Products as per IEC, ANSI, IEEE Standards and testing on Fusing Products.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Knowledge in Casting Process (GDC, PDC) and APG Molding Process.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Should have experience in handling medium-sized teams with project management, strategic thinking and leadership.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Must be able to communicate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, convey goals to the team and provide progress reports to upper management.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
