On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: </p> <ul> <li>Performing in-process and final product acceptance based on AQL sampling.</li> <li>Coordinating process improvement activities with work order; drawing changes with Mfg. Engineering and Operations as required.</li> <li>Willing to assist or coordinate auditor efforts in other areas as required. </li> <li>Keeping management apprised of progress and obstacles that constrain attainment of company objectives. </li> <li>Understanding the plant policies and environment as it pertains to the safety of employees, operation of equipment, handling of equipment, and materials. </li> <li>Understanding and monitoring QA and Production performance as defined in foundry control plans.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What will help you thrive in this role?</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High School Diploma</li> <li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li> <li>Prior Quality Assurance auditing experience (required)</li> <li>Record of passing HPS QA Test (required)</li> <li>Experience with SAP systems preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li> </ul></div></div></div>
