En cualquier día, harías una diferencia mediante:</span></p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="1" type="1"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsable por utilizar y cuidar el equipo de protección personal y/o artefactos de seguridad instalados en maquinaria manual y/o semiautomática, según indicado por el manual y/o equipo de Seguridad Ocupacional.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Notifica al Supervisor o persona designada sobre todo equipo averiado y cualquier situación que pueda representar un riesgo para la seguridad ocupacional y/o el buen funcionamiento de la maquinaria y/o equipo en el área incluyendo reportar cualquier incidente o accidente ocurrido.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsable de llevar a cabo las operaciones correspondientes de acuerdo con: Orden de Compra, Tarjeta Kanban, Ayuda Visual, Hoja de Operación Estándar, validación de 1ra y última pieza, y cualquier otra que aplique a su área de trabajo, asegurándose de que el trabajo terminado cumple con los requisitos establecidos. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsable por la calidad de su trabajo. Mientras realiza el trabajo lo inspecciona, separa componentes de ser autorizado por el departamento de Calidad, identifica, y reporta correctamente, el material, piezas, o producto que no cumplen con los requisitos de calidad establecidos. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsable de cumplir con la cantidad de trabajo requerido de acuerdo con el Orden de Compra, Orden de Producción, Tarjeta Kanban, Estándar de Producción (hora x hora) y/o cualquier otra que aplique a su área de trabajo. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">En las áreas de ensamblaje final donde se trabajan en celdas es responsable de cumplir con el procedimiento establecido de ensamblaje una pieza a la vez (“one-piece-flow”) o tamaño de lote establecido. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsable por correctamente cumplimentar y registrar la información de su asistencia, producción diaria, material, piezas, producto desechado (“scrap”) data estadística para gráficas de control, tableros hora por hora, tableros SQDC, según aplique y otros según le sea requerido. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsable por mantener las áreas de trabajo y de uso común limpias y ordenadas siguiendo el procedimiento de las 5S y/o 5S Progresivo, según aplique al área de trabajo. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Se asegura de cumplir y llevar a cabo lo establecido en las Políticas, Procedimientos, Manual y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad de Planta Física, Finanzas, y otras. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Realiza otras tareas relacionadas dentro del área de trabajo, según instrucciones del Supervisor o persona designada.</span></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What will help you thrive in this role?</H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Cuarto año de Escuela Superior completado en institución acreditada. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Preferible uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia previa en industria de manufactura de alto volumen, preferiblemente eléctrica o electrónica. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Saber leer, escribir y comprender el idioma español. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Se requieren destrezas de matemática básica tales como: suma, resta, multiplicación, y división de números enteros y promedio. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Se requiere destreza manual y la aptitud de seguir instrucciones, consistentemente.</span> </li> </ul></div></div></div><p><strong>Hubbell Incorporated</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
