This role provides field leadership for preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, mechanical integrity, contractor management, and maintenance planning while partnering closely with Production Operations, Production Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Supply Chain, and contractor partners.<br>The Maintenance Foreman ensures production equipment and facility assets are maintained in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner while minimizing downtime, maximizing equipment reliability, and supporting Apache's operational excellence objectives.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Specific Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>I. Mechanical Maintenance Operations</p> <ul> <li>Plan, prioritize, and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities across production facilities.</li> <li>Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership during equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency maintenance activities.</li> <li>Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Apache maintenance standards.</li> <li>Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Engineering, and contractor personnel to minimize production interruptions.</li> <li>Promote quality workmanship while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.</li> </ul> <p>II. Equipment Reliability & Mechanical Integrity</p> <ul> <li>Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment, pumps, valves, piping systems, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating equipment, and facility infrastructure.</li> <li>Support mechanical integrity programs through routine inspections, repairs, and equipment evaluations.</li> <li>Lead equipment failure investigations and root cause analyses to improve asset reliability.</li> <li>Recommend repair strategies, equipment upgrades, and reliability improvements that reduce downtime and operating costs.</li> <li>Coordinate major repairs, shutdowns, and equipment overhauls with Operations and Engineering.</li> <li>Support Management of Change (MOC) activities associated with mechanical modifications and facility improvements.</li> </ul> <p>III. Maintenance Planning & Work Management</p> <ul> <li>Utilize the company's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or work management system to plan, schedule, document, and track maintenance activities.</li> <li>Develop preventative maintenance schedules and monitor work order completion to improve equipment reliability.</li> <li>Maintain accurate equipment history, maintenance records, work order documentation, and asset maintenance history.</li> <li>Forecast replacement parts and coordinate maintenance inventory requirements.</li> <li>Monitor equipment performance trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li> <li>Support long-range maintenance planning and asset lifecycle management initiatives.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Specific Responsibilities Cont. </b></H2> </div><div><p>IV. Contractor & Financial Management</p> <ul> <li>Direct contractor activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of maintenance work.</li> <li>Coordinate maintenance service providers, equipment vendors, and contractor resources.</li> <li>Review contractor invoices, daily tickets, and service documentation to ensure work quality and cost accuracy.</li> <li>Assist with bidding, procurement, and contractor performance evaluations.</li> <li>Monitor maintenance expenditures, operating costs, and maintenance project budgets.</li> <li>Safeguard company assets while ensuring the efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and materials.</li> </ul> <p>V. Safety, Environmental & Regulatory Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Lead by example in demonstrating Apache's commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.</li> <li>Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Apache policies and applicable OSHA, EPA, API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, and other regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Promote compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Line Breaking, and other safe work practices.</li> <li>Participate in incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.</li> <li>Support Apache's Mechanical Integrity and Management of Change (MOC) processes.</li> <li>Identify and mitigate operational risks while maintaining facility integrity and environmental compliance.</li> </ul> <p>VI. technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent industry training preferred.</li> <li>10+ years of oil and gas mechanical maintenance, facility maintenance, or production operations experience.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of oil and gas production facilities, rotating equipment, pumps, valves, piping systems, pressure vessels, tanks, and mechanical maintenance practices.</li> <li>Experience with preventative maintenance, mechanical integrity, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.</li> <li>Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), work order management systems, or equivalent maintenance planning software.</li> <li>Knowledge of applicable API, ASME, ANSI, OSHA, NFPA, and environmental regulations.</li> <li>Experience managing contractors, maintenance service providers, and maintenance projects.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience managing maintenance budgets, operating costs, and contractor expenditures.</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Office skills required.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operating environment.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><p>The successful candidate will lead by example through successfully demonstrating the following:</p> <ul> <li>Core Competencies <ul> <li>Communication: Writes, speaks, and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication setting;</li> <li>Results: Pursues work with energy, drive, and results orientation to positively impact Apache’s business success;</li> <li>Collaboration: Works in partnership with others and encourages different perspectives, while building and maintaining trust;
