The role focuses on financial analysis and valuation models, utilizing Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF). The responsibilities encompass a range of analytical support from annual property valuations and underwriting for leases and acquisitions, to preparing investment theses and actively participating in the creation and monitoring of property business plans and performance.
