Skilled in CMMS and analytics tools, with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities; able to travel regularly and handle after-hours escalations. This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. and 10+ years of experience in facilities management with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role.; or 15+ years of equivalent work-related experience. Preferred: Professional certifications: CFM, FMP, or equivalent.
