This person manages the purchase and sustainment of fleet vehicles as well as aspects relating to the successful ongoing operation of the vehicle. We align our goals with the business lines we support to ensure the safety of our customers and the bank. </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">How You'll Spend Your Time</H2> </div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>You will oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle allocation, sustainment, acquisition, maintenance management, shipments, disposition, and financial reporting.</li> <li>You will utilize and maintain a fleet management information system to track vehicle inventory, utilization, maintenance schedules, and other key performance metrics.</li> <li>You will track total cost of ownership per vehicle by calculating cost per mile, including maintenance, fuel, insurance, registration, and administrative expenses. </li> <li>You will maintain a corporate-wide fleet management policy and develop annual fleet right-sizing recommendations.</li> <li>You will ensure all vehicles comply with local, state, and federal registration regulations.</li> <li>You will manage relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and other vendors.</li> <li>You will provide training and support to drivers and staff on fleet policies and procedures.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education & Experience Requirements</H2> </div><div>This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an associate’s degree in liberal arts or related field of study and 2 years of directly related vehicle fleet experience and/or 4 years of vehicle fleet experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li style="text-align:justify">Proficiency in MS applications such as MS Word and MS Excel. A working knowledge of MS PowerBI recommended.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Strong verbal and written communication. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Sufficient organizational capabilities to manage schedules, maintenance and repairs.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Understanding of applicable regulations, maintenance and technology pertaining to fleet management.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Proficiency in analyzing fleet data to identify optimal fleet performance.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Problem solving ability to address urgent repairs and/or operational bottlenecks. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Strong initiative and ability to operate with minimal oversight.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Management of time efficiently to co-ordinate schedules, meet deadlines and serve both internal and external stakeholders. </li> </ul> </div></div></div>BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
