The Family Beginnings Resource Pool Registered Nurse coordinates with the patient, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate to patient care needs. Family Beginnings at Eskenazi Health encompasses a 6-bed triage, 14 bed LDR, OR/PACU, Antenatal unit, and 20 bed postpartum unit. Family Beginnings staff are experienced in all areas of care. Staffing models are based upon AWHONN staffing guidelines. REQUIREMENTS: <ul> <li> Current Indiana RN license</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years RN experience in acute care OB nursing.</li> <li>Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring</li> </ul> What You Can Expect and Schedule Employees will self-schedule for a 6-week schedule periods. Weekend shifts will be required based upon commitment level. This position consists of 2-3 weeks of orientation which includes hospital and unit specific training.
