Maintains a calm and professional demeanor during periods of high volume to promote a positive guest experience and stable working environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in the Micros POS system to ring up orders and cash out guests. Responsible for accurately entering cash and credit card transactions; applying discounts, coupons and promotions appropriately and is accountable for any drawer imbalances per department policy 400-7.1 “Cash Register Variance”</li> <li>Maintains appropriate sanitation levels in the work area in compliance with Indiana State Department of Health and Marion County Health Department regulations (proper labelling, FIFO and hand washing)</li> <li>Possesses knowledge of menus in retail operations; verbalizes the menu options to guests and guides their experience to sell product</li> <li>Assists with the delivery of online orders around the main Eskenazi Health campus.
