A background in leading, negotiating, and drafting corporate transactions, including real estate, with knowledge of privacy and data governance, and emerging technology (including AI) would be ideal. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to enable innovation while managing legal and regulatory risk in a highly dynamic, consumer-facing, and regulated industry. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in complex commercial contracting, privacy and technology regulation, infrastructure and real estate matters. This role requires an ability to navigate across the organization, to influence and build consensus.
