The team leads both recurring performance reporting and high-impact analytical initiatives, leveraging rich internal and external datasets to uncover trends and patterns, identify root causes, and eliminate operational bottlenecks. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in advancing those initiatives through rigorous analysis and will design, develop, and own analytical tools and models that support statistical analysis, root cause investigations, and predictive insights. The ideal candidate brings a passion for aviation and a strong understanding of airline operations, particularly operational reliability. They possess exceptional problem-solving capabilities, advanced quantitative skills, and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.
