Position overview: The role holder will be responsible for developing and managing the logistics operation in Austria and Switzerland with a focus on Red Bull. This includes the local operations as well as marshalling the support-in and out logistics from the wider network and the specific risk of two direct feed plants. Key responsibilities include: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Working with the Logistics Director and the central logistics management team on developing a regional strategy</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimise cost to serve by optimising stock movements in the region</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Controls stock movements between plants, external warehouses and customers to:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Achieve required service levels to customer filling sites</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure plant warehouses maintain enough storage capacity to keep production lines running</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain Stock levels in external warehouses within capacity limits</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work with production planning & customer fulfilment to generate a warehouse capacity planner by day to communicate required stock movements to 3PLs, CF and the plant.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide visibility of inbound loads from support regions to external warehouses</li> </ul> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure agreed customer service levels are met at lowest cost to serve</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for the customs team based in Widnau</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop business cases for strategic logistics cost reduction, e.g. new warehouse construction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Be the main point of contact between 3PLs, customer fulfilment, production planning & CTS in the area at an operational day to day level</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Co-ordinate capacity planning for tock build in a timely manner for region (to cover warehousing, freight & packaging)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct regular performance management reviews with 3PLs for freight, warehousing & packaging</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure Transporeon is actively used for relevant warehouses in the region</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor 3PL costs and approve invoices</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage the Swiss based customs team </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure plants have a functioning logistic system for vehicles prior to loading and unloading of cans/ends including following plants capacity levels</li> </ul> What are we looking for <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">2-3 years in a Logistics / Supply Chain department</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience in data analytics</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Working knowledge of SAP </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience of setting and managing KPI’s, SLA’s on a European scale, within a high volume environment</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to create ad-hoc reports from several different data sources</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience in multi-site and matrix organisations</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience within a manufacturing environment</li> </ul> Work Environment: This role supports central functions and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval. Hiring Range: 78,000 – 112,320 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
