Role overview: This role plays a key part in driving the people strategy at plant level, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring consistent, efficient HR service delivery. You will partner closely with plant leadership to align local priorities with global HR strategy, support operational excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and inclusion.
