Apply Today. </span></p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues, troubleshoot and repair intricate problems in core production and auxiliary equipment.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Rebuild and maintain key process equipment, repair or replace large mechanical components to restore full functionality and reliability.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Plan and coordinate maintenance work, align activities with vendors and internal teams to minimize disruptions and meet schedules.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Optimize equipment uptime and efficiency, execute maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and improve line performance.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Contribute to capital projects and rebuilds, support major equipment overhauls and upgrades with technical knowledge and hands-on execution.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics, track data to assess effectiveness and guide improvement actions.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Apply safety standards in all tasks, ensure work is performed safely and supports a zero-incident culture.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Support on-the-job training (OJT), share expertise and assist in developing mechanical skills in other production technician or specialists.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Takes all necessary measures to achieve all defined business objectives within the department, while complying with all existing departmental procedures and rules, as well as other procedures and rules. related to work quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Analyzes the current state of processes, proposes improvements, and verifies the effectiveness of implemented changes.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Responsible for forecasting, monitoring, analyzing, and improving gas consumption at the plant level.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Responsible for the implementation of non-destructive testing methods and condition-based maintenance methods.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• University degree in Mechanical Engineering</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in industrial and/or energy maintenance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• High level of drive for improvement and hands-on work in a manufacturing environment</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Solid understanding of complex technical and energy systems</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Active English speaker</span></p> <p> </p><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
