Primary Purpose of the Position: Manages the sales function as directed. Essential Responsible Areas: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Owns and directly manages assigned existing contracted co-packer/bottler portfolio and strategic relationships nationwide. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Leads strategic cross-functional Customer Quarterly Business Reviews. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Owns delivering Customer results to meet company Financial Plan. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Owns Sales Forecast establishing expectations and planning for, and risks to, meeting company Financial Plan. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Plans, negotiates, and finalizes Customer contracts and renewals, including strategy and pricing.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Sets and executes co-packer/bottler strategy for North America Beverage; leads or supports execution of initiatives with functional experts; identifies and plans opportunities for Customer execution and growth.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Subject matter expert on co-packer/bottler capacity, network and size filling ability. Leads or supports cross-functional communication of co-packer/bottler capacity to support new opportunities including substrate shift to aluminium</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Coordinates and collaborates with internal cross-functional counterparts including Customer Fulfilment, Plant Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Legal, and Sourcing to deliver Customer strategy and internal projects. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Manages or is the escalation for day-to-day business activities including supply disruptions, obsolete inventory, logistics/freight issues, negotiation of large claims (Quality or Service).</li> </ul> Position Requirement & Competencies: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Broad training in a related field.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Bachelor’s degree required.
