The Millersburg plant is a high-volume, fast-paced 24/7-365 days/year manufacturing environment. Our crews work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) working 4 days one week/ 3 days the following week. Schedules will rotate from day to night shift every 4 weeks. Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring that aluminum can products meet established quality and food safety standards. Your responsibilities include advising production teams on quality compliance, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. By minimizing quality-related downtime and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, you enhance overall production efficiency and product integrity.
