Position overview: An Electrical & Auxillary Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of electrical and maintenance shop team members, managing the life cycle of all support equipment and electrical resources, including execution of maintenance, process improvement and contracting with outside services. This role ensures the reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems and support equipment within the plant. This role leads a team of electricians and maintenance specialists that focuses on maximizing production throughput, minimizing downtime, and sustaining high equipment availability by leading maintenance activities, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and implementing proactive improvement strategies. The supervisor drives operational excellence while ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal resource utilization across the plant.
