The role is responsible for production scheduling, workflow coordination, inventory monitoring and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth manufacturing and supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include: <ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="">Developing and managing production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production capacity.</li> <li style="">Coordinating with production, customer fulfillment and purchasing teams to adjust schedules based on operational priorities, material availability and production constraints.</li> <li style="">Monitoring production progress and preparing routine reports related to workflow, inventory levels, production rates and operational performance.</li> <li style="">Identifying and resolving production-related issues such as material shortages, labor gaps and equipment downtime.</li> <li style="">Supporting process optimization initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and maintain operational quality standards.</li> <li style="">Coordinating with supply chain managers and team leaders to ensure proper allocation of labor, materials and machinery resources.</li> <li style="">Maintaining regular communication with management and stakeholders regarding schedule updates, operational risks and planning adjustments.</li> </ul> </ul> What are we looking for? <ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style="">Minimum 2+ of experience in production planning, scheduling or operations within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li style="">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making.</li> <li style="">Strong technical skills, including SAP and advanced Excel</li> <li style="">Good communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li style="">Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li style="">Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes and manufacturing operations.</li> <li style="">Fluency in English, French language will be considered an advantage.</li> </ul> </ul> #LI-Hybrid #LI-MZ1 </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
