Position overview: The role of the Shared Services Analyst is to execute a sub process within a business process area. In completing daily actionable steps, the Analyst completes various deliverables by accurately entering data, quickly resolving problems, managing documents, communicating with internal/external customers, looking for process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of a sub process. Analysts are critical to the successful operation of Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centers by serving as a high-performing member of the end-to-end process team.
