You will contribute to the success of Ball by driving Continuous Improvement activities and leading the implementation and sustainment of Ball’s Operational Excellence (BOE/BME) pillars across the plant. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams on all shifts to embed standardized processes, improve site performance, and strengthen capability through coaching and training. Your work will directly support improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity — helping our plant achieve operational excellence and long-term business success. Your key responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Leading the execution and sustainment of BOE/BME pillars and Standard Operating Procedures across the plant</li> <li>Driving continuous improvement projects that generate measurable results in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery</li> <li>Facilitating problem-solving activities and coaching employees at all levels to build CI capability and ownership</li> <li>Collaborating with operations teams across shifts to ensure consistent execution and alignment to standards</li> <li>Supporting governance and compliance, ensuring BOE and safety standards are adhered to in all improvement activities</li> <li>Tracking performance metrics and progress against plant objectives and communicating achievements and opportunities</li> <li>Promoting a culture of learning, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence</li> </ul> What are we looking for? <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in production or maintenance within a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing others in Continuous Improvement techniques</li> <li>Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive a culture of continuous improvement</li> <li>Working knowledge of Lean / CI principles (Green Belt or similar preferred)</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making</li> <li>Ability to work effectively across multiple shifts and cross-functional teams</li> <li>Proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is an advantage</li> <li>Hands-on, proactive mindset with focus on safety, quality, and operational discipline</li> </ul> Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
