Your responsibilities encompass the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including PLCs and automation controls. By adhering to safety standards such as NFPA 70E and collaborating across teams, you contribute to minimizing downtime, enhancing production efficiencty, and supporting continuous operational excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Our crews work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) working a rotating 2-3-2 schedule. and maintain electrical systems (24V-600V), including motors, VFDs, sensors and control panels<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">PLC and Automation Support, program and troubleshoot PLCs (preferably Rockwell), ensuring seamless integration with production equipment<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Equipment Installation and Upgrades, execute electrical installations and system enhancements to improve equipment efficiency and reliability<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Safety Compliance, adhere to NFPA 70E standards and company safety protocols, implementing corrective action as needed<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
