Your responsibility is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of chemical and wastewater treatment processes in a continuous manufacturing environment. You are responsible for driving process standardization, optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Your work is essential in maximizing equipment performance, supporting production goals, maintaining product quality, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence across the plant.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities include:</strong></span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and safe operation of all plant systems.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Maintain long-term technical performance of chemical, washer, and wastewater systems.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Oversee quality control checks and ensure compliance with product quality standards.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Manage chemical storage, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory levels.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Support maintenance activities, including washer system cleaning and maintenance tasks.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Calibrate and clean wastewater treatment probes to ensure accurate monitoring.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Identify mechanical defects and escalate unrepairable issues to appropriate leadership.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment across all plant areas.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to optimize equipment and processes.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Relevant higher education or technical qualification in chemical or related fields.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment with a focus on chemical processes.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong knowledge of chemical process control in continuous manufacturing environments.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience with wastewater treatment (WWT), water treatment, and washer systems.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Familiarity with equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Understanding of quality control systems and product specifications.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Experience in chemical inventory management and storage (e.g., IBCs, drums).</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.</span></p> <p> </p> </div><p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Work Environment:</strong> This role requires on-site presence at our Mako plant.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Hiring Range</strong>: </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">8.850.000 – 12.390.000</span> HUF gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
