The position oversees production performance, quality execution, employee coordination, and adherence to operational standards. The Production Supervisor ensures continuity of workflow, resolves issues impacting production or quality, leads corrective and preventive actions, and supports the development of personnel. The role also safeguards compliance with food safety, environmental, and occupational health systems while driving continuous improvement in processes, equipment performance, and operational discipline.
