Position overview: The Assistant Plant Manager is a high-impact developmental role designed to prepare a high-potential leader for a future Plant Manager position. This role provides strategic exposure, leadership development, and increasing operational ownership while building deep expertise in the can manufacturing process and cross-functional plant operations. Hiring Rate: from 93,750 - 135,000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Bonus Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program. Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes pension provision, company doctor and meal allowance.
