To provide specialist technical support to the line operators to ensure a high quality product is produced at the maximum efficiency.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Observe company health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist the operators to set, run and clean the washing and spraying units, the external coatings units and the ovens.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor performance of washing and coating processes at all times to ensure quality and efficiency of coatings usage.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoot problems on line and recommend preventative measures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Carry out operator maintenance of the lacquer machines and to maintain spare parts and change parts in good order.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prepare and issue coatings materials to line, inlcuding bookings on SAP.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Remove all waste to the correct bins and maintain a clean and tidy workplace.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Carry out any other duties as requested by Management.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">What we are looking for: </span></strong></p> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"> </p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Previous experience in manufacturing (mandatory) </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Previous experience in basic mechanical and maintenance operations (mandatory)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Previous experience with SAP (preferred)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Forklift licence (preferred)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Flexibility, reliability and ability to work within a team </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>This role is working a rotating shift pattern which includes days, nights and weekends.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The shift pattern is shown below.
