The role focuses on achieving targets in efficiency, quality, spoilage, and environmental compliance, while supporting overall line performance. <h3>Key responsibilities include:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead safe equipment start-up, commissioning, and ramp-up</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Act as SME for Decorator/Printer, driving stable, high-performance operation</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deliver hands-on training to plant teams (primarily on-the-job)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoot issues and support rapid problem resolution during start-up</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Validate SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food standards</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support transition from start-up to steady-state production</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Achieve efficiency and spoilage targets for new lines and conversions</li> </ul> <h3>What we are looking for:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Electrical or Mechanical qualification or relevant hands-on experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong expertise in can manufacturing and Decorator/Printer equipment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven troubleshooting and process optimisation skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to train and transfer knowledge to others</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with start-ups or line launches (preferred)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong problem-solving and basic Lean knowledge</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good communication, teamwork, and ownership mindset</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum 5 years’ experience in can manufacturing</li> </ul> </div><div> Work Environment: This role supports central functions and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval. </div> <div> Hiring Range: 62,300 – 89,690 EUR gross per year.
