The position performs a wide range of tasks including operations support, monitoring, testing, training, maintenance, changes, installation, documentation, analysis, evaluation and design.</li> </ul> ESSENTIAL DUTIES <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;margin-left:0.0px">Maintain a high-quality environment within the context of the ITS/Business Strategic Plan for technology and services through a wide range of activities including operations support, monitoring, testing, training, maintenance, changes, installation, documentation, analysis, evaluation and design.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;margin-left:0.0px">Manages the day-to-day system activities, including backups, monitoring, and daily checks of systems.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;margin-left:0.0px">Provides operational support and incident resolution to server-based systems, applications and clients.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;margin-left:0.0px">Develops and maintains pertinent documentation and procedures for the technology area according to industry, vendor, Terumo BCT, and ITS standards.</li> <li style="margin-right:0.0in;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;margin-left:0.0px">Effectively monitor systems and enterprise applications.
