As a key member of our multi-disciplinary oncology team, you will serve as a medical expert supporting Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) Therapy clinical programs. Depending on experience and level, you will either lead a clinical study or a broader clinical program and a team of physicians, driving medical strategy, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across our global organization. You will work closely with R&D, global clinical operations, regulatory, and commercial partners to advance tumor-based programs from protocol development through submission readiness, ensuring scientific rigor, audit preparedness, and patient-focused impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a medical leader within Clinical Development, you will: <ul> <li style="color:dimgray">Serve as the medical expert and key technical contributor for a tumor-based clinical study or program evaluating the safety and efficacy of TTFields delivered concomitantly with standard therapy in patients with cancer</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Drive clinical development strategy including protocol authoring, regulatory and ethics committee submissions, study initiation, investigator communication, safety and medical monitoring, data screening and analysis, and publication initiatives</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Author and oversee key clinical documents including study protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), ensuring submission readiness and inspection/audit preparedness</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Establish and lead physician teams and key opinion leader relationships to support study execution and overall medical strategy</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Partner cross-functionally with matrix teams, including R&D, Innovation, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders, to solve complex problems and move programs forward with a strong business and patient perspective</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Ensure strict compliance with medical and ethical standards at Novocure</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Lead and develop a group of medical professionals, providing strategic direction across a clinical program and driving alignment across global stakeholders</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Collaborate across functions to execute a clinical study while contributing to the broader medical strategy</li> </ul> ABOUT YOU Minimum Requirement: <ul> <li style="color:dimgray">Medical Degree</li> <li style="color:dimgray">At least 5 years of clinical research experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (Director level)</li> <li style="color:dimgray">At least 10 years of clinical research experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (Senior Director level)</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Demonstrated experience leading global clinical trials or overseeing international clinical study programs across multiple regions</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Previous experience leading physician teams and managing direct reports (Senior Director level)</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Strong understanding of the clinical development process, including matrix multidisciplinary teams, regulatory submissions, and data analysis</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Sound understanding in oncology clinical research, with tumor-based program experience</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Hands-on experience authoring clinical protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) as well as preparing submissions and ensuring inspection and audit readiness</li> </ul> These additional qualifications are preferred: <ul> <li style="color:dimgray">Biopharmaceutical or medical device industry experience</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Clinical oncology experience</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Strong leadership skills with the ability to move initiatives forward in a growing, mid-sized global organization</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills</li> <li style="color:dimgray">Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and global team environment</li> <li style="color:dimgray">High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment</li> </ul> WHAT WE OFFER For US Applicants: This pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $250,000-280,000 USD. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
