As our new Analyst, Business Process Engineering you’ll play a key part in this mission. The Analyst, Business Process Engineering will be primarily responsible for working with various business lines within the organization to understand their core processes in an effort to help them determine the best way forward when using technology solutions to scale the business. The position will be responsible for working with their management to develop a deep understanding of the business area, including establishing relationships with the appropriate levels of leaders and stakeholders, creating deliverables from the assessment of the business, and supporting the identification of risks as it relates to scaling the business to meet patient growth demands. This role will support the creation of detailed business requirements needed to accurately assess whether in-house (e.g., SAP) solutions or vendor solutions will be the best fit. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
