Responsibilities of the position include: <ul> <li>Contract document management; including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e. ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals. </li> <li>Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase. </li> <li>Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors. </li> <li>Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable.</li> <li>Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance information, SDS sheets, LEED letters, and shop drawings. </li> <li>Assisting with forecasting / cost analysis</li> <li>Research and cost analysis of new products and manufacturers</li> <li>Producing cost breakdowns / color coded drawings</li> <li>Assisting with change order takeoff / pricing</li> <li>Drafting and submitting RFI’s</li> <li>Assisting with QA process </li> <li>Assisting with job close-out process</li> <li>Attend and participate in all required company training programs. </li> <li>Conform to all company policies and procedures. </li> <li>Other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> The ideal candidate will possess: <ul> <li>Experience with OST and QuickBid is preferred.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.</li> <li>Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.</li> <li>Strong leadership and management abilities.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of construction industry products and multi-tasking skills.</li> <li>Education: College Degree or Field Experience Preferred</li> <li>Salary Range (based on experience) $65,000 -$80,000</li> </ul> E&K is proud to be an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, E-Verify, and Drug Free Employer.
