Today, we’re one of the largest interior/exterior finish contractors in the U.S., with offices throughout the country and a reputation for excellence.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Layout and install drywall beads. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Prepare all drywall surfaces to receive drywall finish products. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Mix, carry and apply joint compound to drywall finishes. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Tape, coat, finish and sand joint compound ready for decoration. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Hand or machine texture walls or ceiling per plans and specifications. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Erect and dismantle scaffolds. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Conform to all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Arrive to work on time at various locations. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Attend and participate in all required company training programs. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Conform to all company policies and procedures. </span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Other duties as assigned. </span></span></span></li> </ol> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><strong>Requirements include:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style=""><span style="">The ability and willingness to learn company safety policies and applicable OSHA standards.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Knowledge and ability to use tools, materials, and equipment necessary for completing finish carpentry projects.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Knowledge of basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ability to read (blueprints) plans and specifications.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ability to accurately measure materials.Ability to follow directions.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and stilts.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, with frequent one-on-one and group activity.</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Lifting over 100 lbs. occasionally (doors or studs).</span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Lifting 50-60 lbs. frequently.
