The Plant Metallurgist acts as the plant’s technical expert to initiate and execute materials engineering activities and make final decisions on product quality and shipment. This position serves as the plant liaison to the Chief Materials Engineer, ADPC, and leads customer interactions, external certifications (e.g., NADCAP), and ensures compliance with Timken standards including: Essential Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Quality Management System</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none;font-size:12.0pt;color:black"> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Lead certification reviews for steel, forging and heat treatment;
