Overall strong communication. Working closely with the Operations team and support functions within the facility to ensure that key objectives are met. <ul> <li>Monitor and support Andon system software and radio communication throughout facility</li> <li>The dispatcher will escalate the Help Chain when required-up to Plant Manager level.</li> <li>Investigate historical data and relay information to Help Chain Members </li> <li>Post daily and weekly production status</li> <li>The dispatcher will data mine the database for past occurrences and provide this information to the support groups in order to mitigate the downtime.</li> <li>The dispatcher will track all open A3’s and 5C’s and provide advanced notice of upcoming report outs.</li> <li>The dispatcher will ensure that all visual management tools are being managed per the standard.</li> <li>All other duties as assigned</li> <li>This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job.
