Performing with the established process sheets, prints, engineering specifications. <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform race gaging on a wide variety of components.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Assemble bearings at a highly skilled level needing radial play and making necessary adjustments with components to meet specifications, assemble bearings requiring contact angle and making adjustments to specifications. As well as perform 2nd level assembly operations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Shield assemblies, using a greater variety of lube methods (dip and drain, drop, vacuum and impregnate, centrifuge methods) by specification.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Primary Package including other methods such as pill pack, nitrogen back fill, etc.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Operate standard and unique measuring equipment that may require adjustments and interpretation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Work on special or prototype units completing assemblies and related work without specific written instructions or procedures.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Work with customer or government source inspectors.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lend technical support and train others as needed.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform basic wash operations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job.
