Essential Functions: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Follow all safety rules and regulations. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ensure that standard procedures are followed in all aspects of work.</li> <li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime. </li> <li>Participate in process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing tools and techniques.</li> <li>Act as a role model, coach, and trainer for new associates to foster a team environment. </li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Work in a team-oriented environment by assisting in other areas where needed.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.</li> <li class="CxSpLast">Maintain in-process inventory at production lines by delivering and opening materials and supplies.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Disassemble roller bearings using hydraulic press and hand tools.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Manually load/unload components for washer/shot blaster.</li> <li>Verify conformance of bearing components through visual and dimensional inspection using measurement instruments.</li> <li>Perform minor repairs including buffing, de-burring, and grinding using handheld rotary tools.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Perform assembly processes including component installation and the setup and operation of assembly equipment.</li> <li class="CxSpFirst">Apply labeling and package product in accordance with customer specifications.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle">Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.</li> <li>Document and communicate manufacturing performance issues to department supervisor.</li> <li>Keep workspace clean and organized.</li> </ul> Physical Requirements: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Ability to stand for extended period.</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Ability to perform repetitive or short-cycle work</li> <li>Frequent lifting, reaching, and handling </li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. </li> <li>Moderate twisting and bending.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Limited climbing on step stools or platforms.</li> <li>Fine motor skills with frequent hand and arm movement.</li> <li>Requires frequent lifting, reaching, handling, and transitioning on and off the lift truck.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Vision must be normal (20/20).
